Since its beginning, Oasis Dance Camp has proudly featured Cassandra, renowned for her artistic style, fluid movements, and thoughtful teaching technique. Her approach empowers dancers of all levels to connect deeply with the art form, fostering both technical skill and emotional expression.
Master the rhythms
For many years, Oasis has brought in well-known and talented percussionists to further participants' understanding of the rhythms that define Middle Eastern Dance. Our current percussionist is the world-renowned SuSu Pampanin, whose expertise enriches every dancer's journey into the music.
What you will gain
Dancers will learn essential steps and techniques to aid in improving their own dance performances, whether the dance is choreographed or free-form. Campers also have the opportunity to study drumming rhythms and techniques, offering a comprehensive understanding of Middle Eastern music and movement.
