Oasis Registration Information

Please fill out ALL the information and submit this form to register for Oasis Dance Camps. Mail the registration along with your deposit to Jean Courter, 5 Saragossa, #A, St. Augustine, FL 32084. Make check payable to Oasis Dance Camp. Please note: you are not officially registered until your deposit is received. This on-line registration will hold your spot at camp for 7 days to allow time to send in your deposit.
